Q: How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?

 

A: Quantity makes the different, but it takes about 5-6 weeks on average after receiving the deposit. 

 

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?

 

A: We prefer the wire transfer (T/T) --- 30% deposit upon signing contract, 70% paid after the products are finished. 

 

Q: How to ship the cargos from China to my city?

 

A: We work in partnership with reliable shipping companies that will take care of delivering your orders to the port, jobsite or warehouse agreed on the terms.

 

Q: Are Symbol products shipped worldwide?

 

A: At present, we ship orders worldwide from China. But our main market is North America. 

 

Q: Do you provide samples on request?

 

A: We do. The easiest way to send samples is through your express account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.). Alternatively, you can pay the samples cost and freight by T/T, and we will send the samples directly to the address specified.
